House no. 4 and Moon is significance for Dil rekha (दिल रेखा) or Heart Line .
Jupiter signifies air, breath. so this line is also called as umra rekha (उम्र रेखा).
This has been explained very good in LK.
At one side of Dil Rekha there is all relatives on earth (mercury mount) and second side is own body and health (sun mount) and head and eyes (mercury and saturn), it runs in between with peace to increase longetivity. [page 357 Lk-52]
In human body, the controlling of the continuation \ vibration of breath \ air of Jupiter is Dil Rekha
(therefore called Umra Rekha).
